Shipping policy

Perfume orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Fragrance contains alcohol, so some countries prohibit perfume import. We will verify shipping availability before dispatch.
Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days, expedited 3–7 business days. Tracking number will be sent by email once shipped.
Buyers bear all import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. We are not responsible for customs detention or seizure due to local fragrance regulations.
Once the parcel is shipped, address modification or order cancellation is unavailable. Incorrect address leading to return will incur return freight deducted from refunds. We reserve the right to update this policy without prior notice.
